Of course, but Anhui refer to a province covering a large area. I assume you wanna go to Hefei, its capital city. Then you may fly there directly within 100min, or take a train to reach within 15-16h.

I'm afraid you can only head to Anhui (supposing Hefei) next day. The trains departs between 13:23 and 22:22 from XA.
BTW, if your final destination is Anhui, why not fly into Shanghai, which is much nearer?
