Question

Hello, i will go to Shanghai on March, my question is if i ask my chinese friend to help me buy online ticket, where i can get my real ticket once i get hongqiao railway station? And what I should say to the officer and what should i prepare to show them? Thanks!

There are some windows for tickets collection, and you can find one easily at the Hongqiao station. You just need to show your passport and the pick up number to exchange your ticket. If you make the booking here, they will send you the confirmation which encloses all the needed information and guidence. Thus, even without a word, you can print out your ticket smoothly.
