Transportation operation hour in Kunming

1. Can I still use subway or bus going to the city after midnight? If not, what is the metro and bus operation hour?
2. And are there any taxis at that time?
3. Are there a lot of shops in the city opened after midnight?

Since i would have some time there for a transit, i just want to use the most of my time there.
