Advice and any prediction for 2016

Greetings!
I'm an Earth Dragon and I bought a house in Philippines with number 25 and 37 (if I'm not mistaken) which faces north/west I guess. Is it a lucky one? Also my boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship for the last couple of years, he's an Earth Snake and we're planning to meet this year since we weren't able to meet last year due to some unexpected circumstances, so are we gonna make it this year?
