things to do in shangrao?

Of course the city has cinemas and the movies there are no big difference with those in other large cities in China. There are English movies and the Chinese movies nowadays have English captions. No worry.

For shopping, you can go to Kangzhan Road, a famous walking street with many shopping malls.

What activities do you mean? There are many beautiful natural scenic areas around the city, like Mt. Sanqingshan, Wuyuan (the most beautiful village in China). Maybe you can go and have a visit.

Thank you. I live in a small village in Thailand now where there is NOTHING to do for a foreigner. I work and go to my room to watch TV. This is not a happy life for me. When I talk about activities, I mean anything where you can go, learn, see and do things to meet people or have fun. I do not want to spend another year like this one.

Oh, I see. In your spare time, you can go to these places: Sanjiang Park, Ziyang Park, and Yunbifeng National Forest Park. During nighttime, you can go to Lingshan Road, Xinzhou District. You will find a number of bars and cafes there. You can have a lot of fun and make many friends. :) On weekends, you can tour around and the recommendations are Mt. Sanqing and Wuyuan County.
