lunar new year

Hi, I am going to Shenzhen this Lunar New Year, Feb 2016. Do the shopping centre and other attraction locations still open in this time.I am Vietnamese and having 1 year visa to China. Do I need to apply visa to Hongkong?

The shopping center and other attraction sites will still open during the New Year holiday. You should apply for the Hong Kong visa if you go to Hong Kong. What kind of China visa is yours, single entry or multiple entries. If you want go back to China mainland from Hong Kong, you should make sure your china visa double or multiple entries.
