What is the easiest and hopefully cheapest way for our group of 10 people to travel from the cruise terminal to our hotel?thank you

The easiest and cheapest way is to take bus line 86 from Cruise Terminal to Kowloon Bay (Telford Garden) Station. Then, change to bus line 16 to Yee On Court Station, and you will see the hotel. It costs HKD 12.3 per person, and the duration is about 1 hour. :)
