transport going from hongkong airport to eaton hotel?

I understand there is a bus shuttle free K1 that we can take - is this from the airport or Kowloon MTR?- Does it mean we still need to take MTR going to Kowloon?How about Airport bus A21(CityFlyer)? Is this the most effective way? :) thank you!

Free shuttle bus line K1 is from MTR Kowloon station, so you need to take AE train to Kowloon first. The most convenient way is to take bus line A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to Nathan Hotel, Nathan Road, and you can see the hotel. The bus fare is HKD 33, and the duration is about 1 hour.
