got problem renew my family visa

Question

I been living in China over three years my wife is Chinese and I have a baby long story short I went to renew my family Q type they make problem to me telling me you been living three years without work we can't believe that I said I'm doing free trading in some webs after all they said apply for 6 moths and we will see my question is do they have right to do that? do I need to hire a lawyer to solve the problem ?

James, I feel sorry for what you said. Actually, they have the right to do that. Usually, we can do nothing to prevent this. I don’t think a lawyer can solve this. All we can do is to make full preparation next time and provide more powerful proof.
