About:Four Maiden's Mountain (Mt. Siguniangshan)

Siguniang shan

I m panning to trek the mountain in the last week of April, how is the weather like? I m at the same time very concern about the frequent earth quakes in Sichuan. Can you give some comments.

According to the previous data, the temperature may range from 50 F to 55 F at that time. And the possibility of rain is high. In addition, it will be a little bit cold on the top of the mountain. You need to bring some warm clothes, such as overcoats, jackets and long johns.

As for earthquake, it is hard to predict. But the possibility is small and the mountain hasn't been influenced much in the previous several earthquakes. BTW, you are advised to hire a local guide if treking to the mountain top.
