When does visa start if I enter near midnight?
I have a very short China visa of only 7 days and need to maximize my time. If my international flight is SCHEDULED to arrive in Shanghai at 23:40, but I don't get the stamp in my passport until AFTER MIDNIGHT…what is my official entry date to China? In other words, does the clock start ticking on the scheduled arrival date, or my actual arrival date after midnight?
