Is there group hong kong airport express ticket for a family of 4? One way or return?

Yes, you can buy the Group Ticket for 4 People. It contains one journey AE trip.
For single trip, the fare is 250 HKD to HK Station, 220 HKD to Kowloon Station and 150 HKD to Tsing Yi Station.
