To Thailand Consulate: Take metro line 2 to Changgang Station, and transfer to line 8 to Kecun Station, Exit B. Walk north for about 600 yards, and you will find it.
To Vietnam Consulate: Take metro line 2 from South Railway Station to Haizhu Square, Exit F. Walk east for about 200 yards, and you can see it. ;)
