We are going there by february or march, can you advise what is the weather and clothes to wear?

In Feb. it can be still cold with the temp range of -2C to 12C; for the whole Mar. it becomes warmer and the temp shall be 6C to 20C. In the two periods, sunny and cloudy days are the majority along with several lightly rainy days. If going during that time, I suggest you prepare long john, sweater, overcoat, jacket, long-sleeved shirt, and pants/jeans.
