May I know easy take the private car in the CNY time? How much the Fare?

As I heard, the rental fare can be CNY600-800 in usual time. During the CNY time, it will be a little hard to have one. If lucky hiring one, they will charge much more. Anyway, regular buses for the route are still available then. Why not ride a bus?
