About:Xian Taxi

arriving in Xian at 11.30 pm and going to the Hilton Hotel. Are airport buses still running?

or there is no choice but to take the taxi, how much will that cost

Yes, bus line 1 will still be in operation. You can take it to the last stop (CNY25). Then transfer to a cab to your hotel with the fare of CNY20 or around. If by cab directly for ur hotel, the fare is CNY130 or around.
