Baby, business and job career

Hi i'm Drew, my dob is march 21, 1983.
Is this the right year for me to do the following:
a. plan to have a new baby?
b. to start a food business?
c. last quarter of 2015, I requested to transfer to the other department of my job, but now, I want to go back there as requested by my previous boss and I feel that the work there is my forte even if it is very stressful. Would you advise me to do it this year? or just continue where I am right now? Thanks.
