Stephen, you can walk from Sino Trade Center to Panfu Road Bus Station. There you can take bus no.58 and get off at Jinghai Road Station. Then walk along Yanjiang West Road (yanjiang xilu) about 1 kilometer to find Tianzi Wharf. There you can enjoy the cruise.
