About:Hong Kong Airport Shuttle Bus to Hotel

Hi we are arriving hongkong on 10 January and needs to go to holiday inn express Mongkok

Can you please advice if you provide the transfer and how much will it cost and how long it will take?

Sorry I don't know anyone provides transfer service. But you may take bus line A21 from Airport Ground Transport Center to Sino Centre, Nathan Road Station. Walk west along Dundas Street for about 300 yards, and you will see the hotel. The bus fare is HKD 33, and the duration is about 1 hour.

Will this be the flat rate or additional charge when in traffic and any other charge, also which taxi would I get is there a counter prepaid or get anyone standing offering you taxi?

No, it is not flat rate. The driver charges by the meter, and if you put luggages in the taxi trunk, it costs 5HKD each piece. Except that, there is no extra fee. I suggest you take a red cab, which can run in all aeas of HK. Just flag down one at the taxi stand.
