I stay at keelung for 2 night. What the best transport to go ruifang station. 4adults/4 luggages.

You can take direct Keelung Bus no.787 at Keelung Railway Station and get off at Ruifang Railway Station directly. The operating hours are from 05:45 to 21:30 on workdays and 06:10 to 21:35 on weekends.1
