About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Is SURFACE post maximum 20kgs or 30Kgs?

Hello, on this page is says that the max weight for SURFACE post is 20kgs but on another page of Travel China Guide, it indicates that the package could be up to 30kgs. Can you please clarify?
