About:Embassy & Consulates of Ukraine in China

I'm in changchun in China I'm from Kuwait I want take visa I want go to Ukraine in date 9/2

I don't have time because I'm student in Jilin university and I don't have a lot of time I just have one month i want go in date 9 February and I want back in date 24 February what I should do and what paper want

The required documents contain your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form with 2 passport-style photos, an invitation letter from an individual or a unit in Ukraine, bank statement within recent 3 months, medical insurance for traveling abroad and air tickets booking record as well as your residence permit in PRC. Maybe you will be required to submit other documents. Afterwards, submit your application to the embassy of Ukraine in Beijing to apply for it.
