May I know how to get to Lizhiwan Creek from Guangzhou East Railway Station?

Is this also the Lychee Bay?

Yes, the Lizhiwan Creek is the same as Lychee Bay. You may take metro line 1 from East Railway Station to Changshou Road Station, Exit D2. Then, walk northwest for about 600 yards to your destination.
