is it easy to find a taxi from xiamen airport to hotel?

or should i book a transfer from hotel? which will cost a lot more?

Yes, it is easy to find a taxi to the downtown area, and it costs about CNY 30. Which hotel are you going to stay? Some hotels can provide free pick-up service.
