Dear, it’s possible for you to apply for a student entry permit and you need to provide those documents including the filled-out application form, your passport and its photocopy, financial support proof, the admission letter from a Macau school, and return flight ticket (if your study is less than 6 months).
You cannot work there by the student entry permit; if you want to work there, you need to apply for work entry permit.
As for the fee for MBA, you should contact with the school you plan to go.
