Do I need to present a medical certificate?

I'm planning to apply a working visa to China. Do I need to present a medical certificate to the Chinese embassy in Cebu City? Thanks.

Lilly, the medical certificate is not required when applying for the Z type entry permit. It's required in the process of obtaining a temporary stay permit after you enter PRC.
