Alvin, I don't you work for others or just have your own business. If you work for others, you will have chance to make some achievement in your job. However, you should avoid chasing girls because your career fortune might be affected.

If you have your own business, please get along with other management personnels and staff and do not get involved in other's business. Then your business will be ok.
