recommended newer hotels near subway in downtown Hangzhou

Please advise on whether there are newer hotels near subway station. Around 250-400 RMB per night.

The Jinlin Hotel at no. 435. Fengqi Road, Xiacheng District is a great choice for you. It is near Exit A1, Fengqi Road Station of metro line 1. The hotel was opened in 2001, and renovated in July, 2012. It provides new and clean environment. :)
