About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Travel from HKIA to Regal Kowloon Hong Kong.

What is the best way for me to travel from HKIA to the hotel? I have 2 big luggages, can I take airport express train? Is it free?

Yes, you are suggested to take Airport Express to get to Kowloon Station first. It takes around 90 mis on the way. Then take free shuttle bus line K3 to arrive at the hotel directly. It's also convenient for you even though you have two big luggage. There are enough space for you to put them on AE and free shuttle bus.

From HKIA to Kowloon station only took 21 mins. As i look in the website.

Yes, you are right. If taking the airport express, it will take you only 21 mins.
