Can you please tell me if i will be able to take a boat trip on the Yalu River during January?

I probably will be going to Dandong on the first week of January, and would like to take a boat trip on the Yalu River. I am a little concerned about the weather. Can you please tell me if there are any short boat trips during the first week of January? How much are the boat trips?
