About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

im illegal working in china, i want to go home..what will phillippine embassy will do if i ask help?

I'm illegal because my employer let me used tourist visa only which is I'm working here....now I want to go home its almost 1 year I stayed here...but my boss don't let me go back home because I'm not finished the 3 years...she allowed me to go but she cant pay my papers...and I don't know what to do.....so if I seek help to Philippine embassy what penalty I get..?.is there any chances to help me back to Philippines?

Dear, you should first report your situation to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB. It’s a serious problem because you not only worked illegally, but overstayed. And you need to pay the fine and get other penalty. After that, you should apply for an exit pass to go back to your own country. It will be very difficult for you to apply for entry permit to PRC in the future.
