career and protection. my date of birth March 9, 1967

i want to know what is the status of my career from 2016 onwards? it seems is like stagnant and no one noticing my effort of being a good employee and to know my financial stability and give me some advice for my children future.

Clariza, your career and finance are said to be much better in 2016. You will earn more. But your problem is that you may not save your money. In your job, you shouldn't wait others to notice you work hard. Instead, you need to make them notice you. And your manager might have his/her own standards to measure whether an employee is good or not. Maybe, you are not good enough in their eyes.
