What time does MTR starts operating? And until what time do they operate?Also, do they have a customer service centre at Hong Kong Station? What time does it open? And what time does it close? We're visiting from December 31, 2015 to January 4,2016.

Well, different metro lines have different operating hours. Most of them start between 05:30 to 06:00. And they end at around the midnight. In addition, there are customer service counters at HK Station (Airport Express Line). It's open from 05:50 to 00:48.
