The offer of marriage has come from the man directly.The woman was not at all interested in marriage.Bcz the man ,as told,not counterchecked , was found well qualified like the woman,so the latter gave consent .BUT it has been observed that the man hardly bothers to inform his well-being ,not picks up the phone when called ,neither calls back as per his convenience.Please advice if the woman shud go for this guy.
