Is there any restaurant on Beichen West Road in Beijing serving food based only on vegetables?

I'm afraid no one is available on this road and within walking distance away. The closest ones I know are 4-5km away. One is Boweitang Natural Veg. Food at no. 14-9, Block 1, Anhuili, Asian Games Village, and the one is Zi Pu Ti, at no. 1, Longxiang Road. You may take a taxi to either of them!
