how can I get residence in china for 5 years? Or what kind can I apply for for longer time with available renew?

Ahmed, you can see whether you can change this Q2 type to a Q1 type at the local PSB. If you can do that successfully, then you can get a residence permit with the Q1 and it allows you to stay for one year or so. If you fail to do that, you need to exit and apply for a Q1 type outside PRC. After you re-enter, you should visit the local PSB within 30 days and apply for the residence permit.
