Do I need a transit visa to Hong Kong to go to SAR Macao?

I have to attend a training at SAR Macao from 12th to 20th January 2016. I am planning to take a same day transit in Hong Kong. It is much appreciated if you can answer following questions.
01.Do I need entry permit to SAR Macao?
02. Do I need a transit type in Hong Kong?

Yes, you need to apply two, one for your transit in HK and one for your entry to Macau. You can apply both from Chinese embassy in your country. And I think you should submit your application at least four to six weeks before you go because it might take so long if your application for HK entry is sent to HK.
