Hi, I want to ask which airport is easy to go to shantou ?

If you wanna choose one from Shenzhen and Guangzhou, Shenzhen Baoan Airport is recommended. It's the nearer one to the destination.

you may take a bus to your destination from Bao'an Bus Passenger Transport Station for CNY 140. The buses are scheduled at 7:50, 8:40, 10:00, 13:00, 15:50, and 16:30. The duration is about 4 hours.

The one at 15:50 is suitable for you. Upon landing, have a meal nearby the airport and then get onboard for the journey.
