The best inexpensive way is to take bus line A21 from Airport (Ground Transportation Center) to Cameron Road, Nathan Road Station. The bus fare is HKD 33, and the duration is about 70 minutes. Then, walk west along Haiphong Road for several minutes, and you will find it. :)
