Weather in January in Xiamen and marathon course description

Hi. What's the average temperature in January? I will be running the marathon next month, and I'm wondering if the course is mostly flat or hilly. I looked on the website, but it's not very helpful.

The average temperature may be 55F in January which is a little cold, but quite comfortable for the event. The course is mostly flat along the coast from International Conference & Exhibition Center to Wutong Lighthouse Park. Come on! :)
