When will the observation deck of Shanghai Tower be open?

Hi, I read the tower was open from November 2015. Is the observation deck open now and how do I get opening times?
We will be in Shanghai on the 20th and 21st of December

Oh, the observation deck doesn't open to the public nowadays. It's estimated that it will open in the beginning of 2016. You can keep close attention on the lastest news.
