Payment for train booking

Tracking No. T151213321(3) I have book online my trip, if I can make payment on ticket window when I take paper ticket than also service charges are applicable on fare .
And booking also keep pending or not ,

If you book from us, you need to finish the payment and booking process in advance. We can only issue the ticket after all the booking process. Hope for your kind understanding.
