Superior seat

Is the Superior seat in G381 same as the business class seat?
This train travel from Beijing to Harbin.

Not the same with business class seat. Business class is the best seat on the high speeds but not available on every ride or routes. Superior seat class has 3 seats in one row (the same as business). You can also check some photos on this website for a reference.
