Dear, usually, the general process is as follows:
First, prepare the relevant materials such as your marriage certificate, your baby's birth certificate, passports of your husband and you, as well as the application form and a recently-taken bareheaded color photo of the baby. And then take all the materials to the embassy of Zimbabwe in PRC to apply for it.
Please note that after you get the passport, you should go to the exit and entry administration of the PSB to apply for a visa for the baby.
