Hi everyone. Can I renew my L type visa?

i am Pakistani and living in Philippines..I applied for L type from here but unfortunately able to get one only for 7 days. i want to stay in China for about 30 days.. Can I extend my L type there within 7 days? Please give me helpful suggestions. Thanx..
