By bus: At the Regal Oriental Hotel, Prince Edward Road East bus stop, you can take no. A22 to HKIA directly. It costs 39HKD per person.
By train: Walk 10-15min from the hotel to Lok Fu MTR station to Yau Ma Tei and transfer to Tsuen Wan Line to Central. After that, walk to HK Station to take Airport Express Line to HKIA. In this way, it costs around 75HKD per person.
By taxi: It costs 240HKD or around.48
