24 hrs twov guangzhou

Hi,

I am an Indian.
Iwould be travelling from Kul-dxb via CAN on dec 18 which has a layover of 20 hours. Can i go outside airport by 24 tvow. I am worried that i read recent news which states, a passenger cannot go out of the airport restricted area on 24 hours permit.
How true is that?

Abdul, from what I know, you are allowed to go outside the airport on a 24h twov. You need to apply for temporary stay permit at the airport to go outside.
