what's the best way to get to metropark hotel, kowloon, from the hong kong airport?

We are arriving at the airport via Cathay Pacific from Australia.Our arrrival time is 2pm.Could you also please advise various transport options from the hotel to the airport.  Our departure flight is 9:50 am.Thanks

You can take the airport express to Kowloon station, and then take the free shuttle bus K5 to the hotel directly. When you go back to the airport, you can walk to Grand Tower, Nanthan Road to take the bus A21 to the airport directly. The duration is about 1 hour. The first bus leaves at 05:30 by the way. Or take a taxi directly to HKIA in the early morning at a cost of 260HKD or a little more.
