Jilin to Wusong Island

Is it possible to hire a car transfer to Wusong Island and back early in the morning around 5am during the Spring Festival holiday? We are planning to see the rimed trees there.

I'm afraid it's not so easy. During the festival, people are more preferred to stay at home and enjoy the time with their families.
But if you give a high quotation, there always will be someone going. If still none, just get in a regular taxi, ask the driver to wait for you during your stay, and then back. You can discuss the fare with the driver; there is a great possibility it will be higher than usual.
