Hi, I'm stay at Zhongshan  chong Lu , what bus shall I rides goin to Li river folks custom center at Linjiang rd.th

No bus leads to the center directly, so you need to walk for a while. From Zhongshan Zhong Lu, you can walk to Yangqiao Station to take the bus No. 10 to Seven-star Park. And then walk about 1 mile, you will reach the custom center.Or you can take a taxi, and the fare is about CNY12 – 15.
